PRICE, Judge:

Appellant was arrested on charges of arson1 and burglary2 of the Franklin High School, Franklin, Pennsylvania and tried before a jury which found him innocent of arson but convicted him on the burglary charge. Following the denial of post-trial motions, he was sentenced to seven and one-half (7½) to fifteen (15) years of imprisonment. He takes this appeal challenging the admission into evidence...
