The plaintiff in this proceeding, Data General Corporation (DG), is a manufacturer of electronic equipment. It sold three computers to the debtor, Donald Edward Ault (Ault). On the date that Ault filed his petition in bankruptcy two of the computers were in the warehouse of AAA Moving and Storage (Triple A).
