Movant appeals from the dismissal without an evidentiary hearing of his Rule 27.26 motion to correct his judgment and sentence.

The instant action arises from movant's conviction of a crime not disclosed by the transcript following a guilty plea. Movant was sentenced to five years imprisonment.
