ASPEN, District Judge:

Plaintiff Robert Strader has brought this diversity action seeking compensatory and punitive damages under a variety of contract and fraud theories of recovery. Plaintiff was hired by defendant Union Hall on November 13, 1972; slightly more than a year later, on November 22, 1973, plaintiff suffered a severe stroke.
