Steven Wayne Howell was convicted of and sentenced for possession of a schedule II controlled substance (amphetamines) with intent to deliver in violation of sections 204.206(5) and 204.401(1), The Code 1975. The State appeals from Howell's resentence to five years imprisonment with probation after a term of 180 days at a "community correctional residential facility."
