This appeal arises from a divorce action in which the trial court, Higgins, J., rendered judgment dissolving the marriage of the parties and made certain orders pursuant thereto on May 3, 1979. Among those orders was one requiring the defendant to maintain certain insurance policies on his life with the two minor children of the parties irrevocably named as beneficiaries.
