Order modified by adding thereto, immediately after the provision beginning with the number "2" and ending with the word "served", the following: "3. The plaintiff shall appear to be deposed by the fifth-party defendant." As so modified, order affirmed, with one bill of $50 costs and disbursements, payable by the appellants appearing separately and filing separate briefs to the plaintiff.
