The employer, Colonial Acres Nursing Home, and its insurance carrier, St. Paul Fire & Marine Insurance Company, appeal from a pro forma decree entered by the Superior Court, Kennebec County, which upheld a decision of the Workers' Compensation Commission awarding the worker, Charlotte Mailman, compensation for partial incapacity. The appellants argue that the Commission erred in awarding benefits because there was no evidence of a causal connection...
