Steven Ray Thomas appeals from an order of the Circuit Court of Kanawha County which denied his petition for a writ of habeas corpus, whereby he sought to be released from the custody of the appellee, Bobby J. Leverette, Warden of the West Virginia State Penitentiary. The appellant contends that at the time of his arrest and conviction on a charge of armed robbery he was entitled to a hearing to determine whether he was subject to the juvenile jurisdiction...
