WELLFORD, District Judge.

Plaintiff is a former enlisted woman in the United States Navy. She sought treatment of back pain from Navy physicians at the Naval Hospital at Millington Naval Air Station in this District and claims that their care of her was performed negligently. She claims that as a result of this negligence, her Navy career was irreparably damaged and she was forced to be discharged for health reasons, receiving only a 10% temporary...
