The defendants, Fargo Ice & Sons, Inc., and Jack Modjeski (FARGO), appeal from an order permanently enjoining the parking of inoperable or unlicensed vehicles and from keeping any semitrailers on the property unattended or overnight except for a reasonable period for off loading.
