BOOCHEVER, Justice.

This case concerns the suspension of a doctor's hospital staff privileges. We hold that Dr. Storrs, the appellant, was entitled to receive procedural due process from Fairbanks Memorial Hospital, appellee, in the hearings conducted by it to determine whether the suspension of Storrs' privileges was justified. We also hold that the hospital failed to follow its own by-laws in suspending him. Consequently, we remand the case to...
