Larry Slaughter, d/b/a Ark-La Wood Company of Junction City, Arkansas, is engaged in the business of procuring and selling pulpwood. He owns three pulpwood yards-one at Stamps in Lafayette County, one at Village in Columbia County, and the third at Junction City in Union County.
