Plaintiff assigns error to the Commissioner's Finding of Fact 12, and the conclusion he drew from it. The Commissioner found: "The plaintiff wished to ride the motorcycle to the shop for purely personal reasons, the plaintiff having some personal errands to perform following work that evening.
