This is a civil action for assault and battery. Plaintiff appeals from orders granting summary judgment dismissing his action for battery against some of the defendants, namely, Willard and Ted Bauscher and Robert Van Tine. He also appeals the summary judgment orders dismissing both causes of action against other defendants, Steve McSweeney and Stan Riebold.
