This is an appeal from a judgment granting defendant's motion for summary judgment and dismissing plaintiff's complaint for false imprisonment.

The following facts are taken from a deposition of the plaintiff, which was the sole document accompanying defendant's motion for summary judgment. Plaintiff submitted no affidavits or depositions in opposition to defendant's motion for summary judgment.
