This is an appeal from the district court's affirmance of a decision of the bankruptcy court. The sole issue presented is whether the district court erred in ruling that under the cash sale provisions of the Uniform Commercial Code a cash seller's ten day period for reclaiming goods runs from the date the seller receives actual notice that the buyer's check has been dishonored rather than from the date the buyer receives the goods.
