Appellant Raymond L. Currier was a federally licensed firearms dealer doing business under the name of "Currier Custom Firearms" in Wilton, Maine. Appellant was found guilty by a jury in the district court on eleven counts of selling firearms to a person whom he knew or had reasonable cause to believe was an out of state resident, 18 U.S.C. §§ 922(b)(3), 924(a), and eleven additional counts of failing to maintain a firearms transaction...
