Plaintiff's sole assignment of error is to the granting of summary judgment as to the lessor defendants. Plaintiff contends in his appellate brief that the lessor defendants made repairs or improvements to the steps in a negligent manner, that those negligent acts proximately caused his injury, and as a result the lessor defendants are liable to him.
