This action is brought under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. The plaintiffs allege that the defendants deprived the plaintiffs of rights and privileges secured by the United States and Wisconsin Constitutions by removing the plaintiff Mary Roe, a minor, from the custody of her parents, John and Jane Roe, for seven weeks.
