Defendant Millard L. Hoyt appeals from adverse judgments awarded to plaintiff Citizens First National Bank on Hoyt's promissory note, and to defendant Paul V. Koffman on his cross-petition against Hoyt. Two separate written agreements underlie the matters in controversy.
