This is an appeal from an order granting a summary judgment dismissing Nabors Alaska Drilling, Inc., from a personal injury action brought by Prather M. Adkins. The essential question is whether Adkins could, under Alaska's tolling statute, AS 09.10.140, add Nabors as a party defendant after the limitations period.
