DUBOFSKY, Justice.

Walter Tyler Bridges appeals his conviction for engaging in a riot, section 18-9-104, C.R.S.1973 (now in 1978 Repl.Vol. 8), on the grounds first, that the jury instructions failed to specify the culpable mental state necessary to convict him of the offense, and second, that the riot statute is unconstitutionally vague and overbroad. We find defendant's attack on the constitutionality of the statute unconvincing, but reverse defendant's conviction...
