Prevor Mayorsohn Caribbean, Inc. (Prevor), a wholly owned subsidiary of Prevor Mayorsohn International, Inc., brought suit against Puerto Rico Marine Management, Inc. (PRMM), to recover for damage to thirteen trailer loads of produce shipped on vessels owned and controlled by PRMM.
