The appellants-plaintiffs, Robert and Charlotte Flowers (hereinafter "appellants,") have appealed from summary judgment entered by the trial court in favor of appellee-defendant K-Mart Corporation (hereinafter "K-Mart"). Appellants were both struck by an automobile driven by a third party as they were walking to their own car in K-Mart's parking lot.
