Defendant-appellant, Reginald Knight, appeals of right his October 31, 1977, pleas of nolo contendere to the crimes of manslaughter, MCL 750.321; MSA 28.553, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, MCL 750.227b; MSA 28.424(2). On November 8, 1977, defendant was sentenced to consecutive terms of 2-1/2 to 15 years for the former offense and two years for the latter.
