The government here appeals pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 3731 from the district court's suppression of evidence. The court ruled that the warrants sanctioning thirteen searches were invalid because they did not describe the items to be seized with sufficient particularity to meet the standards of the Fourth Amendment. Because we believe that the district court's ruling correctly applied settled law within this circuit on the degree of particularity...
