Francis Hoeber, the Acting Regional Director of the Fourth Region of the National Labor Relations Board (N.L.R.B.), has filed a petition in this Court seeking an injunction against the defendant International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (I.B.E.W.), Local 3, pursuant to section 10(j) of the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. § 160(j).
