Joyce Elaine Wilson Vineyard appeals from an "Order to Modify in Suit Affecting the Parent-Child Relationship," allegedly based on an agreement between the parties. In that order she and Larry Ray Wilson, appellee, were named joint managing conservators of their child. She contends the judgment was error because the agreement between the parties did not comply with Tex.R.Civ.P. 11. We reverse and remand because even if there had been an agreement...
