Hood on plaintiff's complaint for condemnation and confiscation of seven boxes containing approximately 300 pounds of lake trout, found unlabeled in defendant's vehicle, contrary to MCL 308.26a; MSA 13.1517(1). From an order entered April 20, 1979, requiring that the trout be condemned and confiscated with the proceeds from their sale paid to the State Treasury...
