This appeal is from a judgment in favor of the insurer, notwithstanding a jury finding that a fire, the risk insured against, resulted in "total loss" to the insured premises. The principal question on appeal is whether the record contains evidence to support the jury finding. Other questions presented are whether the trial court properly submitted the issue of damages for partial loss and whether it properly granted summary judgment denying plaintiff...
