This is an appeal by appellants, Aaron R. Ott, Jr., and Karen J. Ott, his wife, who were plaintiffs in a medical malpractice action, from a judgment against them after a trial in the Superior Court of Maricopa County, from the trial court's denial of their motion for new trial, and from a judgment against them for jury fees and costs.
