The Conway County Chancery Court entered an order on February 1, 1980, directing the substitute trustee to carry out the agreement of sale of trust property entered into April 1, 1975, by William M. Bruce, Jr., trustee, and the Gregorys as buyers. This order was entered by the chancery court in accordance with a mandate received from the Arkansas Court of Appeals.
