This is an appeal from an order granting summary judgment in favor of defendant, The Merchants Bank, on plaintiff's claim of breach of contract and conversion. Defendant's motion for summary judgment was supported by sworn answers to interrogatories, V.R.C.P. 33(a), and by photocopies of documents submitted in response to plaintiff's request to produce, V.R.C.P. 34.
