This amended class action in equity was brought by Belle Luna, Lorraine Goodwin and Ronald Miller as representative plaintiffs on behalf of themselves and all other employes of the City of Pittsburgh similarly situated. Luna and Goodwin allege they were discharged from their positions with the city because they exceeded the weight limitations for their position. Miller claims that for this same reason, he was denied employment...
