Petitioner, Michael Wrighting, is consecutively incarcerated in the California Medical Facility, Vacaville, California. Following a guilty plea in the Superior Court of the City and County of San Francisco on April 5, 1977, petitioner was sentenced to five years to life on each of two counts of first degree robbery, enhanced by a gun allegation, the sentences to run consecutively.
