Doris Hilton, a plaintiff who was joined as an additional defendant in this trespass action (motor vehicle accident), has filed her motion to compel Antinina James, a plaintiff who was a passenger in the vehicle operated by Hilton, to answer Hilton's interrogatories directed to James.
