Max M. Koppel, petitioner, and his then wife, Sondra (now Busch), created "Clifford" trusts for each of their four children by two trust agreements executed in 1968 and 1969. He now seeks reimbursement from income, and to the extent that is insufficient, from principal of the trusts for educational expenses of the children.
