This matter is before us upon a petition for writ of habeas corpus wherein the petitioner alleges that he is being illegally detained under an excessive bond of $250,000.00. We have examined the transcript of the bond hearing and, under the standards set out in Good v. Wille, 382 So.2d 408 (Fla.4th DCA 1980), agree with petitioner that the bond appears excessive.
