Lee Andrew Webb, Jr., appeals of right from his July 11, 1978, bench trial conviction of carrying a concealed weapon, contrary to MCL 750.227; MSA 28.424. Defendant was ordered to pay a fine of $250 and $250 court costs or spend 60 days in the county jail.

The present charge arises out of an incident that occurred during a dispositional hearing in the Kent County Juvenile Court to determine whether the daughter of defendant, who had been adjudicated...
