If plaintiff so stipulates, the judgment so amended and so reduced, is affirmed, without costs or disbursements. Plaintiff, a 61-year-old pedestrian was struck by an automobile and suffered a broken leg, i.e., a comminuted fracture of the right tibia and fibula. The leg was treated by closed reduction.
