This is one of three consolidated cases involving the custody and tutorship of a six year old child, Michael Frank Bordelon, Jr. The present suit is by the natural mother, Kay Renee Maytorena Bordelon Juneau, against the paternal grandparents, Holland Bordelon and Virginia Guillot Bordelon, seeking a writ of habeas corpus ordering defendants to deliver custody to the plaintiff.
