HAIRE, Judge.

This is an appeal from a decree dissolving the marriage of the parties. The questions raised on appeal involve the allocation of their debts.

The parties were married in June 1973. The appellant, Charles Cadwell, petitioned for dissolution of the marriage in November 1977. The unusual feature of the case revolves around the fact that the appellee Gail Cadwell and her mother entered pleas of guilty to the crime of embezzlement...
