This is an action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff, Marilyn Gallin, arising out of an accident which occurred on defendant's L1011 jet airplane at Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Plaintiff Charles Gallin, her husband, sues for lost services. The parties have agreed that New York law shall apply.
