PER CURIAM.
Defendant was found guilty by a district court jury of a charge of simple robbery, Minn. Stat. § 609.24 (1978), and was sentenced by the trial court to a maximum prison term of 10 years. The sole issue raised by defendant on this appeal from judgment of conviction is whether the trial court prejudicially erred in denying defendant's request for the submission of lesser offenses.
