Defendant, American Home Assurance Company1 has appealed from a judgment ordering it to pay monthly benefits to plaintiff under a "Certificate of Mortgage Accident and Health Insurance." The issue is whether a clause in the policy providing for its termination at the time of a prepayment of plaintiff's mortgage is enforceable.
