This is an action brought in the Land Court to remove a cloud on and quiet the title to some forty-five acres of land (with the buildings thereon) lying in West Tisbury. G.L.c. 240, §§ 1 and 6. The plaintiff holds the record title to and is the undisputed beneficial owner of an undivided one-half interest in the land.
