The most troublesome issue in this marital dissolution appeal is whether trial court should have granted petitioner Nancy L. Stamp's request that the decree include yearly automatic cost-of-living adjustments (COLA) to the child support award. She also asserts the child support award was inadequate, the property division was inequitable and based on an erroneous valuation of the parties' home, and that the court should have received in evidence...
