This appeal concerns an action on a contract executed in 1974 in settlement of disputes arising out of a 1971 Connecticut divorce decree and for declaratory judgment. The trial court granted the plaintiff-appellant a judgment for $11,500, on the contract, but denied her request for a judgment setting aside a transfer by the defendant to himself and his present wife as tenants by the entirety as a fraudulent...
