The petitioner, Herbert Zahn, seeks to be reinstated to the roll of attorneys admitted to practice law in Illinois. He filed a petition for reinstatement pursuant to our Rule 767. (73 Ill.2d R. 767.) Zahn was licensed to practice law in Illinois in 1953. He was disbarred in 1970. The amended complaint which was filed in the disciplinary proceeding had charged Zahn with the misappropriation...
